Seashore Equities, LLC is seeking an experienced, licensed General Contractor to join our growing team. We are looking for a positive, organized, solution-oriented professional who enjoys managing projects, solving problems, and helping maintain and improve some of Southern California's finest residential properties.

Position Overview
This is a hands-on project management role overseeing a variety of residential construction, remodeling, maintenance, and improvement projects.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting property inspections and condition assessments
Managing remodeling, repair, and maintenance projects
Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and service providers
Obtaining bids, preparing estimates, and managing budgets
Scheduling projects and ensuring quality workmanship
Troubleshooting construction and maintenance issues
Providing regular progress updates with photos and reports
Working closely with ownership to prioritize projects and expenditures
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed and insured California General Contractor
- Local to the area
- Experienced with luxury residential construction and remodeling
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Skilled in project management and vendor coordination
- Comfortable using smartphones, email, and digital reporting systems
- Honest, proactive, and committed to quality craftsmanship
- Interested in building a long-term career with a growing company
Experience with custom homes, HOAs, architectural review committees, and managing multiple properties is highly preferred.
