We are seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team at a Cypress apartment complex. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Position Details:
Pay: $21/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Location: Cypress, CA
Responsibilities:
Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries
Conduct property tours and lease signings
Maintain resident records and files
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
Ensure the leasing office operates efficiently
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required
