We are a growing, reputable cleaning business looking for a reliable, highly skilled professional to handle residential accounts across Southern California on a part-time basis. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and want a real piece of the action, this is for you.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, but we are actively looking for an experienced pro who can operate independently, with a clear path toward a long-term 50/50 business partnership as we scale.

Two-Week Trial: 70/30 split (Company retains 70% during the initial two-week training/evaluation phase).

What You Need:
Expanded Skill Set: Proven experience in high-quality window washing, pressure washing (driveways, siding, walkways), and solar panel cleaning (using proper, safe techniques).
Comfort with Heights: Ability and confidence to safely work on buildings up to 4 stories.
Your Own Truck & Tools: Must have a reliable truck/van and a complete professional setup (ladders, pressure washer, extension/water-fed poles, squeegees, etc.).
Absolute Integrity: Trust is everything. A strict no-poaching policy is non-negotiable. Our clients stay our clients.
Professionalism: Clean-cut, customer-friendly, and completely trustworthy when working on high-end properties.
