Experienced commercial pressure washers only – no training provided.
Applicant should currently be working as a Pressure Washer.
We are a 20+ year established company seeking a skilled pressure washing / steam cleaning technician who can work independently and handle overnight routes.
This is a graveyard position starting at 10:00 PM. If you do not have commercial pressure washing experience, do not apply.
Position Overview
* Independent route work in a company truck
* Work is performed overnight, outdoors, and unsupervised
* Physical, hands-on work using professional equipment
REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
* 1–2+ years COMMERCIAL pressure washing experience
* Experience with hot water / steam cleaning (180°–200° preferred)
* Able to operate 3000+ PSI systems
* Valid driver’s license with clean record
* Able to work 10:00 PM start time (approx. 7-hour shifts)
* Comfortable working alone and overnight
* Physically capable (hoses, lifting, long shifts)
No relevant experience = no response.

Responsibilities
* Pressure washing & steam cleaning:
* Sidewalks, dumpster areas, parking structures, commercial properties
* Operate and maintain equipment safely
* Maintain assigned truck and tools
* Complete jobs to company standards
Pay
* $25–$32/hr depending on experience
* Consistent full-time hours
* Higher starting pay for technicians with hot water/steam experience
