🧰 Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Cabinet Assembler & Shop Helper to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in cabinet production, shop organization, and overall workflow efficiency.
🛠️ Responsibilities
-Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors
-Install hardware (hinges, drawer slides, pulls)
-Read and follow shop drawings and cut lists
-Operate shop tools (table saw, miter saw, drill press, nail guns, sanders)
-Sand and prep materials for finishing
-Assist with material handling and inventory
-Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
-Support cabinet installations when needed
✅ Qualifications
-Candidates ***MUST*** be authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
-Basic woodworking or construction experience preferred
-Ability to accurately read a tape measure
-Familiarity with power tools and shop equipment
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs
-Strong attention to detail
-Reliable transportation
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
