Our fast‑growing company is looking for a reliable and adaptable Team Member (Floater) to support multiple departments, including Delivery, Production, and Field Measuring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and can step into different operational areas as needed to keep daily workflow running smoothly.
The Floater will assist with deliveries, support warehouse production tasks, and help gather field measurements under the direction of our sales team. Strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential. A permanent position will be determined based on skills, reliability, and overall performance across all assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Support — Safely operate company vehicles, follow all traffic laws, verify orders, and complete delivery documentation.
Customer Review — Review deliveries with customers, obtain signatures, and document any issues.
Production Assistance — Assist with staging, packing, material handling, and general warehouse workflow.
Field Measuring Support — Help gather accurate measurements, document site conditions, and support the sales team.
Issue Reporting — Communicate vehicle concerns, delivery problems, production delays, or field challenges to management.
Operational Flexibility — Step into any assigned area to maintain smooth operations.
Performance Evaluation — Understand that long‑term placement will be based on demonstrated skills and reliability.
Requirements:
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Pass a drug and background check
• Strong attenion to detail
