This watch is extremely rare and that I can't find the same style anywhere used or new but what makes it even more rare is the fact that it's brand new and still sealed the watch in self in the free plastic that you have to remove from the back in front of the watch case itself.
Purchased about 1998 at Nordstrom San Francisco. I've never ended up using it just keeping it in my watch safe all this time. I figured it might be time to let someone who might really get some enjoyment out of this end up with it.
It was originally purchased for near a $1,000.00 w/chain. The original price and date of the purchase is on the Nordstrom tags that are on the original box. It's now about 25 years brand new and factory sealed and works 100% perfectly as I can demonstrate. Obviously, a watch like this in this rare condition appreciate and value. Before this company went out of business they told me that it would sell for about $1,900.00 and that was many years ago. I think it's reasonable that since we paid about $1000 for it and it's still brand new with factory protective plastic around the watch itself, a fair price would be 1599.
Don't know if you can notice but the entire case is covered in removable protective plastic to be taken off as that's the way it came from the factory so the watch is absolutely flawless, but the box itself that the watch comes in has some imperfections inside it in it, but I wanted to leave it as it is, 100% brand new.
