This is a beautiful vintage women's quartz watch made by Seiko with a Speidel Twist-O-Flex metal expansion band, both in gilt. It was purchased in 1980 and belonged to my sister. The model number on the box is UV070.
I have the original receipt and instruction manual.
It's been stored in its box for decades and would require a new battery to run.
Please examine photos carefully as they provide additional description.

It's in like-new condition and comes in its original plastic case and outer box as well.
