Hello! My name is Monique, and I have over 9+ years of experience in Home Health as a Chief Caregiver and Case/House Manager. I specialize in supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Dementia, and other health conditions. I pride myself on being reliable, compassionate, and proactive in providing the highest quality care.
I treat every patient’s health and well-being as if they were a family member of my own. I always strive to create meaningful connections, and over the years. I've learned how valuable it is for caregivers to genuinely care for their patients, not just a paycheck. This approach makes a real difference in the patient's and caregiver's experience as a whole.
I ensure consistent communication with family members; providing regular health updates and managing any necessary supplies. I have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and insured. I am CPR & First Aid certified and I am registered Home Health Aid in the state of California. Above all, I go the extra mile to make my patients feel cared for and loved, during challenging times.
Available for Overnight 24-Hour Care
Services Offered Include (but are not limited to):
Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, grooming, shampooing, brushing teeth, and showering
Meal Preparation: Available upon request (meals based on dietary needs and restrictions)
Medication Reminders: Ensuring medications are taken at the right times
Light Housekeeping: Tidying up the living space, including bed-making, bathroom, and kitchen cleaning
