Offering furniture assembly service at $40-$60/hour depending on total workload and your location. (Once I get some details, I can generate an estimate.) In addition, I assemble grills/BBQs/smokers, trampolines, resin sheds, and most types of fitness equipment. I hang blinds, shades, and curtains; mount pictures, mirrors, and paintings; and install pre-fab shelving (note that with wire shelving we would have to develop a plan before I purchase materials). I also can install Ring doorbell cameras, smart locks, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. Finally, I can anchor existing pieces of furniture to your wall using a variety of methods.
I have experience with numerous brands, IKEA, but also Bush, Sauder, Zinus, BDI, Coaster, Furniture of America, Acme, South Shore, Tvilum, KidKraft, Scandinavian Designs, etc. In fact, you can add at least 50 more brands to this list, but the list of course is humorously complicated/inflated: China plays the switch-up name game when lawsuits threaten or poor reviews overwhelm the brand... add to that, endless factories manufacture the same product and assign different brand names on a contract basis... the only salvation: the quality of hardware and specificity of assembly directions usually determine how little bullshit there is to wade through. I can assess on site, but so can you! Do open product and make sure all listed parts have been included before contacting me. As part of job, I will either help to dispose of packaging materials on site (break them down to fit in bins) or cart them off in my pickup truck.
