Was over $3,000 new. It was just removed during a big patio remodel. Excellent working/mechanical condition. The remote control was lost by the contractor during the remodel when it was removed. I contacted Sunsetter and the replacement remote is $54. It can also be hardwired to a wall switch eliminating the need for the remote control, and can also be used as a manually retractable awning too by opening and closing it with just the hand crank.
The acrylic fabric top has no holes or tears in it but the thread on its three seams is coming apart (see the last six pics above) so needs to be restitched, or a new replacement awning cover is $117 on Amazon (see the third pic above) and easy to replace yourself, see the replacement instructions in the fourth pic above.
It's 12' wide and extends out up to 10'-2". It's electric and requires an electrical outlet to plug into, and it's operated with either the handheld remote control or the manual crank wand, as shown in the pics above. It uses both methods. The green and beige cover is made of a waterproof woven acrylic fabric that blocks 99% of harmful UV sun rays.
