Hello, I'm looking to rent a room around the Grand/Richey and McFadden/Edinger area. I'm a low-key male individual that works regular Monday through Friday hours in the area. Long-term is preferred. I do not drink or do drugs. I'm middle-aged and i tend to lead a peaceful lifestyle. I would like it if I had access to a kitchen, even if it's with limited time or usage. It would be helpful if the room has some or most of the furnishings, but it's not required.
