I am looking for a clean, quiet and updated apartment for myself. Just turned 65, rented in the same place since March 2011; just looking for a change in 2026. I have good credit (820), work full time (legal), and provide whatever docs/references you may need. I now live 3 blks from the sand so would really like to stay in the area south of Slater/West of Magnolia. If outside of HB, Costa Mesa is also desirable. My max is $2,400 /month
I'm quiet, respectful of my neighbors and have no pets. Low maintenance.
Don't need a microwave (have one) or a dishwasher but a fridge is great.
Not in a hurry and can wait 1 -2 months.
