Our home is in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. The neighborhood was established in 1963. The room rents for $1200 a month(rent is negotiable) ,including utilities. The room is furnished with a full-size bed and furnishings including two double wide closets. Laundry and kitchen privileges are available and can be negotiated. Parking is available in front of our home. Bathroom has a large mirroed vanity and a walk-in shower. My wife prefers a female.We are 2 miles from the beach and 2 miles from Orange Coast College.If you are into health, there is of course the beach and local parks for daily runs or walks.
And as for shops and entertainment, stores and restaurants are only a 20/25 minute walk from the house.
5 minute walk too Bus Stop on Adams Ave/Bushard St.
Please no pets.
