Hey everyone! My little family (my husband, me, and my son) is relocating to OC for my husband's new job. (We lived here from 2016-2018 and loved it).
We've been doing all the regular things to find a place but a friend suggested that I post here in case someone local was looking to rent and doesn't use Zillow or the apps.
We're looking for a 2-bedroom, 1.5 bath (2 baths would be amazing but we would also consider 1) that has in-unit laundry, a small garage, and a small yard (if it's a house or townhouse). If we have a house with a yard then we could do smaller square footage but if we're in a condo or apartment we'd like at least 900 square feet. We're also open to other options if it's the right fit for us. We want to stay under $2,800 a month if possible, but we can stretch the budget for the perfect fit.
We're looking for a September 1st lease start date but we could do mid August for the right fit :)
Locations: We'd love to be in either Costa Mesa, Garden Grove, Tustin, Mission Viejo, Irvine, Aliso Viejo, or something near these locations. Walkability to parks or coffee shops would be great too.
A little bit about us: We've had incredible relationships with all of our landlords so far. We treat every place we live as if it's truly ours and take pride in taking care of our space. We live a healthy lifestyle that centers around giving our son the best childhood possible while having fun ourselves. My husband works in corporate, and I have my own small online social media business.
