TWO college graduates looking for a place to rent in the Orange County area, around 30 or fewer minutes from the University of California-Irvine, preferred.
Hi! We are Cyr and Keith, two upcoming graduates looking to rent an affordable place in the OC area. We are tidy and respectful, looking for our own place to settle down while we enter our professional careers. The fewer walls/floors we share with people, the better, but we are willing to look at all our options. Our budget isn't huge, so we are looking for reasonable offers and would like to be long-term tenants.
- 2 bed, 1+ bath
- budget: $2,600/mo or less
- no animals and no smoking for either of us
- income supplemented by family until jobs are secured
- no criminal record or housing evictions for either of us
- house/townhome/condo preferred, but apartments are also okay!
- both of us have 700+ credit scores
