Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide expert primary care services through our Tele-Health platform for a Pain Management Clinic in Newport Beach, CA. This position offers the flexibility to create your own work schedule around designated Tele-Health hours, with minimal in-office requirements (1-2 days per week).
Responsibilities:
Provide virtual assessments, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions related to pain management.
Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
Offer preventive care, health education, and counseling to patients via Tele-Health.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Adhere to infection control protocols and best practices in patient care.
Attend in-office meetings or patient consultations 1-2 days per week as needed.
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (California state licensure required).
Minimum 2 years of primary care experience preferred, with experience in pain management a plus.
Strong knowledge of primary care and pain management practices.
Proficiency with Tele-Health platforms and virtual patient care.
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and appropriate setup for Tele-Health services.
