We seek an eager, results-driven Treatment Coordinator who excels in:
Having a service-minded, 5-star approach to patient care
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Creating relationships with others
Ability to manage schedules for optimal productivity and efficiency
Understanding all of the business of dentistry
Multi-tasking, problem-solving, and getting things done
Achieving a minimum of 2% growth in collections each month
Treatment Acceptance Conversion rate of 80%
Our ideal candidate will possess:
Proven leadership experience
2(+) years of dental office experience
2(+) years of dental insurance experience
Working hours are:
Monday: 8:30am-5pm
Tuesday- Thursday: 6:30am-3:30pm
Friday: 8am-4pm
