I used this machine with my elite and profession soccer clients for lymphatic swelling after injury, digestion patterns to help with constipation, injury recovery or muscle soreness and back massage but didn’t use the xl or large cups. I have a single hose for 1 cup or a double hose for 2 cup set up at the same time. I put a new felt filter in where the hose connects to the machine. Everything is clean. This machine is made super sturdy and will last forever since its an older model when things were made really well.
