I have for sale a child wheelchair with foot rests. This wheelchair rolls freely and the brakes work very good. It comes as pictured. It is painted a nice bright yellow with black padding. The only issue I see is the right leg bar is missing a black plunger/cover and nut for the leg bar mechanism - however, it still holds the leg bar up if desired. The other leg bar is complete.

Measurements:
Tire 20.5" inch
Seat 13.5" wide x 11.5 long/deep to backrest
Backrest is 14" wide
Leg Bars to foot rest 11.5"
Total height from ground to handle bars 31" inches
