Grief isn’t just death. Anyone else feeling… off lately? (Fullerton)

I’m taking a pulse check here because something keeps coming up in conversations:
People are carrying a lot right now… and most of it doesn’t look like “grief” on the surface.
Breakups. Divorce. Losing a version of yourself. Empty nest. Career shifts. Feeling invisible after years of being everything for everyone else.
And then suddenly…
– Socializing feels like a performance
– You replay conversations in your head
– You don’t quite recognize yourself anymore
So before I build anything formal, I want real input from actual humans (rare, I know).
I’m considering starting a small grief & life-transition support group using the “Coping With Grief” workbook (non-religious, practical, grounded).
The focus isn’t just talking about feelings endlessly. It’s about:
• Understanding what’s actually happening in your mind/body
• Getting out of “survival mode”
• Rebuilding identity after loss
• Having a space where you don’t have to perform
First question (be honest):
Would you attend something like this online?
Second question:
If you’re local, would you be interested in an in-person group? (LA / OC area)
Here is the link to sign up to have a group in your area!

I’m keeping groups small and intentional. Not therapy, not clinical treatment, just structured support + real conversation.
If this hits, comment or message me:
– “ONLINE”
– “LOCAL”
– or both
I’ll also send details for upcoming sessions + a link for early sign-ups once I see what people actually want.
Somewhere between “I’m fine” and “I don’t know who I am anymore”…
there’s usually a version of you worth getting back to.
