there are 2 variations
INSIDE dimensions are 7 1/2 at bottom, 9 1/2 at top 10 1/4 inches tall
or
INSIDE dimensions are 8 1/2 at bottom, 10 1/4 at top 10 inches tall

You will NEED to drill holes to use with plants
