We are fostering this sweet little parrot baby who is still being handfed. He should be ready to go to his forever home in about three weeks when he is eattings seeds and water on his own. We don't know the gender but we named him pickles. We are assuming that he got squished in the nest and now has defect that causes his head to tilt most of the time. But we belive he will live a normal life. He can perch. Not fully feathered yet so we are not sure how flying will go yet. He is already eatting some seed on his own. Will require a cage not tall and more wide with extra perches to get around. Message for more info.
