I grew tired of trying to sell online only or at the
few days per year that are allowed by law to sell
from a home location. So, i opened my own store.
At 14340 Bolsa Chica Road, Unit J.
Just South of Westminster Street.
It is at the bottom front corner in the aerial photo shown.
This is my third store, but the first one where I
signed the lease on. You can view my progress

I plan to be open every Wednesday through Sunday
from 11am to 4pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
But i live close by.
So, i can come in on my day off if needed.
What makes my store unique is that i buy, sell, and
even trade or barter small collectibles and art.
Most of my higher cash priced items also have a
trade option on my price tag. Most say that a trade
of a certain amount of your old U.S. half dollars,
quarters, or dimes dated 1964 or older will be
acceptable as a trade for that item. So, bring in your
old coins also. I LOVE to make TRADES if you
have something small like old coins and i value
your item more than my item, then we can make a trade.
I ONLY accept CASH as the other
payment option. No electronic payments, checks,
or credit cards accepted. I can also offer a limited
amount of consignment selling space for a modest
fee of $25 per week per square foot of space used.
That comes down to just $5 per day, per square foot used
if i am open all five days that week.
Where else are you going to find a better and cheaper
place to display and sell your nice items?
For those sellers like me who have small and
valuable items for sale, but are tired of all the
time, effort, and money trying to sell online only.
I will be getting dozens of people stopping by each day.
Maybe even several hundred each day if it is busy.
So, come on by and say hello.
I will be adding more and more items daily as
space opens up from my items selling off.
So, if you see something that you like in my
photos, hurry on down before someone else
buys it before you should have.
This is just a one room, one man store.
So, space for only a few people at one time
inside there.
So be patient and wait your turn.
There are two waiting room chairs up front,
and two chairs in the back also.
My stores room is the third door on the right
going down the hallway entrance.

All the inside construction is finally all done.
All seven of the rooms are now all rented out.
In two weeks, they start painting the outside.
