This genuine La-Z-Boy is SOLID structurally, and sells for $1,199.00 when it is new. This price of $195 is AWESOME!! The "Harbor Town" model swivels AND glides! It can be partially reclined (i.e. just feet or just back), or it can be fully reclined. (SEE PHOTOS) The upholstery is custom and GORGEOUS! It does have some wear and tear in the form of "pulled threads" from my cat, HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO RIPS, NO STAINS, NO HOLES. The wooden part of the armrests was chewed on by my puppy, but it's hardly noticed and can definitely be sanded and stained if you are handy. The stock pictures show the exact model of this chair and all of the dimensions/measurements. Local pickup near 405/22 freeway intersection. Call me at show contact info ASAP. NOTE: The chair is too heavy for one person to carry or move due to the solid mechanics and frame of the chair, and I cannot help due to injury.
