HiSense portable air conditioner unit from Lowes originally $350 new. Bought it in July 2023 and it is in excellent condition only used for about 5 hours total. Cools down our two bedroom apartment (approx 1000 square feet) down to about 60 degrees. Unit is on wheels and easy to transport around. Someone strong can lift it and take it upstairs but it is a little heavy. Includes remote control, duct to connect to a window, and some extra foam to seal off the window connection. . . I never did this, but just in case you want. For an additional $25 will deliver within 25 miles of San Clemente 92672
