I'm going to offer these high-end pieces for what I think is a stupidly low price, but I would like to sell them since we will be moving, and also to get a sectional that my girlfriend would like to get, as I have no room to store these.
*If you're familiar with Ralph Lauren custom-made furniture, depending on the quality of the materials, I can double and triple in price, and in this case, I picked the highest and materials that Ralph Lauren made at the time.
I will offer these two pieces for the stupidly low price of only $18,999.88. Even though that's the price you pay for garbage instead of custom-made pieces like this!!!
Obviously, these pieces are used, but we bought them new, and we've done our best to take care of them over time. Again, I am offering them for much, much less than they're worth for an immediate, clean, easy sale.
You have more than $60,000 worth of furniture if you could buy new. Just offer me any reasonable offer, and I'll at least look at it, and therefore you might get an unbelievable deal!!!!!!!

*This is a unique, hard-to-find item. You can always get the same thing everyone else has, but then there are those people who want rarer and or special eye-catching hard to fhard-to-finditems that stand out in a crowd. Why be another me too? So if you are lucky enough to find rare items, very well taken care of items like these, it's better to spend your money on them. Be one of those people that other people say or think…wow, where did they get that…Get something virtually impossible to find or get anymore! You deserve something nice, so get it while you can.
I'm offering them for a super price reduction (a steal) for immediate sale only!
*I probably regret selling them for this inexpensively as there's no way I can replace them for anything close to this price, but I don't need them now,w so I might as well sell them to someone who really appreciates them.
*I am moving, and we want to go to a sectional instead, so I am dropping the price to sell it right now.
*Although, I am showing both the loveseat and the sofa, I will sell them individually. So individually, I will sell the sofa for $12,999.88 and the loveseat for only $8,999.88. This is just a fraction of their true value! The Love Seat alone is at least $25,000.00 if you could buy it new. Then the Sofa is at least $35,00.00 again if you could buy it new. At the time, Ralph Lauren Couture had about 20 or more different grades of leather to choose from, all at different prices from low to high. I chose the most expensive and highest quality leather they had available at the time. Now, RL does not have as high-end leather as they used to.
If you want both pieces (The Sofa and The Love Seat), I will reduce it to an incredible $18,988.88

I am moving, so I am dropping the price to sell it right now.
My original auction price was over $29,900,00, and that was already significantly discounted from the original value of this set, using the highest-end materials custom-built by Ralph Lauren. FYI,
I had two sets of these Sofas and LoveSeats, and I sold the last set for more than $29,000.00 plus shipping and tax, and that set was sold at a significant discount also. The first set that was sold had $12,865.00 "less expensive" materials, and it was also custom-made from Ralph Lauren. So this set, now that I am selling, was over $12,000.00 more expensive in just using higher-end materials than the first set I sold, which makes "this set" even a greater value now!
*At this low, low price, this set is sold in As-Is condition. If you want any more photos, etc, let me know so you can determine the condition for yourself. I would be happy to get those to you.
*For a reference point, from an earlier Ralph Lauren custom catalog that shows my sofas covered in the kind of leather that has a distressed look, although my leather may have a similar but different, distressed, broken-in in comfy look; it is a much higher grade and much more expensive leather than the one from the catalog. Therefore, because that has a slightly different kind of distrusted look also (see all the photos). I am only showing these new catalogue staged photos so you can see that you can order the leather with that distressed, broken-in look.
These two pieces are worth well over what I am asking for them. If you could order them now, they would be much more expensive to replace, but this very high-grade leather is no longer available, and now they use a much less expensive leather to make their sofas, etc.
In other words, Ralph Lauren does not offer the super high-end choice of leathers and construction that I got mine with. I had a choice of about 20 leather grades, which could raise the price up to 3 times the base price, and chose the most expensive leathers and materials. As well, they no longer offer the very expensive crocodile-embossed leather. Even if you wanted to,o you can't get this high, high-end furniture anymore. RL is still very good, but they are now using a less exclusive manufacturer and making some pieces offshore instead of the way it was made before in North Carolina at high-end factories, the old-fashioned way.
If you want something that is rare and beautiful and should only go up in value, this is it!
As you might know, Ralph Lauren Furniture only goes up in value over time because he raises the price of his items by a certain percentage each year.
The buyer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of packaging, shipping, and or pickup.
These custom pieces are done in a classic English style with Antique Brass Nailhead and Tapered Block Feet.
The Sofa and Love have been in one of our sitting rooms and used on occasion over the years. You can see for yourself how the pieces have been taken care of so that they have a unique, beautiful RL Custom Distressed Look.
*These custom-made pieces have never been around kids, pets, or smoke.
These pieces took almost two years to be made and delivered because of choosing the highest quality of leather available and other materials RL had. If these could be made about, they would be about 50% more.
These Pieces are like an artwork, and because they were custom made they are one of a kind.
