*There is a gap between the table top and the base when the tabletop is down. Not sure if the spring system is misaligned or what. But, if you have a heavy coffee table book, the gap isn't noticeable and functions as it should.
**1 cosmetic issue - reference the photo provided. Easy fix with some wood glue land a c-clamp.
Need it gone asap. $100 obo
