I am the first and only owner.
Comes from a clean, pet free and smoke free home, and in excellent condition.
It's got a sophisticated shelter-arm design and tufted back with Bronze-hued nail heads perfectly complementing the sofa's tweed-inspired taupe fabric and clean lines.
The couch is 87” long, 38” deep, armrests are 27” off the ground, and sitting area is, 13” from the ground.
Pick up is in the Fullerton area. Please make sure you bring a vehicle that can transport this item and ideally, someone who can help you load it as well.
