I had 12 new Simpson brackets that I didn’t end up using. I installed 10 but realized they didn’t work for our fence type. There are minor scratches on some metal pieces that will not show. Includes the brackets, the mounting pins and cover plate. These are over $30 at Lowe’s so price is firm.
