I no longer have the car, so I could not take photos of it installed, but I have used it and it is great. RAV4s rear seats have a tilt when folded down. I made this system to provide a flat and level area to sleep on. An advantage to this system is the area under the platform can be used for storage... Camp stove, clothes, flashlights, whatever. The three parts are separate. You put the two rectangular supports near the hatch and lay the flat portion to rest on the two supports, and the rear seat tops at the other end. I was going to re-use the wood, but I thought someone might need or want this. I owned a 2018 RAV4 which is a 4th generation design (2013 thru 2018). Not sure about other years, but it might work. You can test it if you want.
