Made by the National Cash Register Company in Dayton Ohio. I believe it is a late 1950s or perhaps early 60s era machine. Model number is FR-1077544 - CCC
When plugged in the motor runs but the other functions don't seem to work, and the right side handle is missing as the pictures show. I would think it probably needs cleaning out and relubing or what not perhaps but it is in nice cosmetic condition over all as the pics show but just totally as-is mechanically. Would be a great display piece or to go through mechanically if you wanted to. The cash drawer opens fine using the release lever inside the side cover. I have the 2 keys shown in the pictures for the selector lever but that is all, do not have anything else for it not shown in the pictures.
It is VERY heavy and you will need 2 people to move it keep in mind as well.
Measures about 19" wide, 15 3/4" deep and 23" tall.
