2000 fleetwood tioga class c rv great shape! Gm Express 3500 chassis! - $16,500 (Costa Mesa)

***Not sure why the cabinets look so off color in the photos but in real life the difference in color is hardly noticable and normal for RVs as the real wood and laminate ages differently but again, definitely not as dramatic as the photos depict. These photos don't do the RV any justice at all.
Never lived in, smoked in or pets. Just light family camping and previous owner retired veteran, traveled all over the u.s. doing marksmanship competitions so he maintained it really well and actually used it.
Our RV is an extremely well-cared for
22' 2000 Tioga 23c Class C RV on the Chevy 454 chassis and engine (a 9000.00 upgrade when new over the ford chassis...very rare to have this option but more room in cab than ford for taller and bigger people your feet arent cramped in these). Runs great everything works. Super strong and light rv. Tows great! 321hp 435 lbft torque!

The bad:
- needs an awning tube end cap and fabric.. previous owner scraped a tree limb and dented aluminum tube see photo...no other damage ...about 250.00 max to repair yourself.
- decals are a little faded but it has been covered its whole life so they look great for being a 2000 model and clean up with a buff and wax.l
The Good:
- no body damage and paint is in nice shape...looks much better than units half the age!
- new 12v led tv/dvd/ roku in back with articulating wall mount. Ability to watch any apps on wifi or using mobile data!
-already smogged and passed easy
- registered until aug 2026 and title in hand
- tires have only about 2000 miles
- new engine battery (200$) and 2-deep cycle house batteries, ($479.00)

- Absolutely no leaks and roof has been coated and resealed on time every 5 years so its in excellent condition. Just redone for new owner!

- can add whole house inverter if wanted.
I own an rv repair company and worked on and maintained this rv for the last owner so i know its history and bought it from them to use for my family since it so exceptional.
Please dont waste my time or yours. If you are ready to buy with cash in hand then you can come take a look. I am pretty firm on the price but you can negotiate in person if you like.

Nothing to hide with this rv. Its the best condition for the price of anything i have seen in years.
