You are looking at a 1965 Ford Falcon Ranchero, with clean Ca title with black plates.
A Code Car w/factory 289 V8
4 Speed Manual Transmission with 1967 Top Loader in place of the original ‘65 Borg Warner
Restored in the early 80’s.
Current owner purchased it in 1984 (please see pics) enjoyed it a bit and then it went into storage about 1988 or so far as I can tell, in a climate controlled garage with a car cover.
Owner is now 95 and is thinning the collection.
The interior was redone in the mid 80’s and again, was in the garage, with plastic over the seats, like grandma had on her couch, which is why the interior looks brand new.
83 or so thousand original miles.
All fluids were changed when it was “un moth balled”, antifreeze, engine oil, transmission oil, differential oil, brake fluid.
All grease-able zirk fittings were greased.
New 235/60 R14 tires all around on 14 x7 Magnum 500 rims.
Brakes checked and adjusted accordingly.
No accident car, no rust, all sheetmetal including floor boards are solid.
New Idler Arm installed.
Recessed area in the bed looks as good as the rest of the car, which is why the access panel is not installed so the new owner can easily inspect.
Radio is not hooked up.
I have an owners manual and service manual.
I have many, many more pictures I can send you with the appropriate contact info.
You will hard pressed to find a nicer example out there.
