Michelin rated restaurant CHAAK Kitchen is seeking a full-time manager. We are seeking a reliable, experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality, team success, quality food, and consistency. Wine Sommelier experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
*Manage guest flow and lead the dining room floor
*Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards
*Provide attentive, professional service to guests
*Support, motivate, and guide the team throughout service
*Complete opening and closing paperwork accurately and on time
*Communicate effectively with both front and back-of-house teams
*Strong floor presence and guest service instincts
*Proven ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
*Dependable, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
Requirements:
*2-5 years of restaurant experience with a least 3-5 years in a supervisory or management role
*Strong knowledge of Front of the House operations (Opentable, service flow, table management)
*Ability to Lead,Train,and motivate staff
*Must have WSET Wine Certification (knowledge of wine and cocktails)
*Excellent customer service and have resolution with conflicted guest
*Understanding of food safety and sanitations
*Professional appearance and demeanor
*Strong attention to detail
*Team focused leadership style
