Responsibilities:
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations through attentive service and personalized attention. Get to know our locals!
Take accurate orders using Toast POS, and handle cash transactions with precision and integrity. Listen to your guests.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Support catering events or banquet services as needed, contributing to the overall success of special functions.
Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a talented workforce committed to excellence in food service management.
Requirements:
Demonstrated supervisory or management experience in a restaurant setting, including staff training and team management skills.
Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; cash handling experience required.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards. Food Handler Certificate required.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment.

Minimum 3 years full service restaurant experience, Food Handlers card, Alcohol RBS Training and open availability a must!
