JOB SUMMARY
The culinary leadership team represents the restaurant with the highest levels of culinary skills, professionalism, sanitation, and food safety. Our culinary team must interact with team members in a professional and collaborative manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates and maintains station checklists and prep sheets
Conducts monthly inventory
Develops and manages staff schedules in alignment with established labor budgets
Oversees ordering of consumables, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and smallwares in accordance with approved budget parameters
Expedites as needed to ensure a seamless service
Ensures high food quality through temperature taking, tasting, plate pulls, and auditing
Ensures a clean, neat, and organized work station, kitchen, and prep area Practices proper receiving, stocking, storage, and rotating procedures Practices safe food handling procedures such as labeling and dating Assists in producing Family Meal
Safely trains how to clean and operate equipment
Plans regular deep cleanings of the kitchen and walk-in
REQUIREMENTS
California Food Handler Card- Manager
Must be punctual and reliable
Must have minimum 3 days consistent availability
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Involves standing and walking the entire shift
Involves reaching, bending, and stooping frequently
Involves lifting, moving, and carrying at least 50 pounds with frequency throughout shift
LANGUAGE
Ability to speak multiple languages, including English and Spanish, is a plus but not required
PAY RATE : Range of $24-$28 + eligible tips
