We have high standards for the food we put out and the service we practice, and we expect everyone on our team to not only maintain, but exceed these standards. Previous restaurant experience a plus.

Available Positions:

*Server- Part-time PM shifts (Friday/Saturday mandatory)Serves food to patrons, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food. Takes customer orders by writing them down. Presents orders to the cooks on behalf of the patrons. Prepares drinks, cocktails and pour beers for guests. Demonstrates knowledge about spirits and wine. Must have serving experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills. Must be service orientated with a keen sense of social perceptiveness.

*Line Cook- Part-time PM shifts (Friday/Saturday mandatory) Prepares, seasons, and cooks dishes, such as soups, meats, vegetables, or desserts in restaurant. Inspects and clean food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Seasons and cooks food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience. Observes and tests foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds fruits and vegetables to prepare them for consumption.

*Dishwasher/Prep-Part-time PM shifts (Friday/Saturday mandatory) General responsibilities include, but are not limited to washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, maintaining dish pit. Placing clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in their designated areas. Taking out kitchen and bathroom trash. Sweeping and mopping kitchen and bathroom floors. Light food prep.
