You must be coachable, maintain an open mind, and able to learn on the job quickly. We have high standards for the food we put out and the service we practice, and we expect everyone on our team to not only maintain, but exceed these standards. Previous restaurant experience preferred.
Line Cook – Part Time/PM shifts
Prepares, seasons, and cooks savory dishes and desserts in restaurant. Inspects and cleans food preparation areas or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensures food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock. Keeps prep and dish pit area clean. Dishwasher - Part Time/PM shifts
Maintains the organization and cleanliness of the dishwashing area, as well as the kitchen supply storage areas. Washes dishes and silverware during service at a fast pace, as well as restock FOH with clean dishes and silverware and BOH with clean dishes and pots/pans/tools. Washes dishes before service during food preparation, as well as after service during cleanup/kitchen breakdown, to help expedite the efficiency of the work flow of the restaurant as a whole. Responsible for resetting the dishwashing area when needed, as well as cleaning the entirety of the dishwashing area at the end of the night. Responsible for keeping track of the inventory of cleaning supplies, including but not limited to dish soap, cleaning products, and trash bags. May be asked to do light prep work to assist cooks when necessary. Hard working and diligent preferred for this position. Restaurant experience preferred but not necessary.
Server- Part Time/PM shifts
Serves food to patrons, presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food. Takes customer orders by writing them down. Presents orders to the cooks on behalf of the patrons. Makes cocktails and serves beer and wine. Answers questions about ingredients and makes wine, cocktail and beer paring recommendations. Maintains cleanliness of bar, dining room and restrooms. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, active listening skills. Must be service orientated with a keen sense of social perceptiveness. Professional serving experience preferred. Compensation: Minimum wage plus tips.
