BAKE A DIFFERENCE!
We are looking for a HEAD PASTRY CHEF/BOH OPERATIONS (FULL-TIME) who will be responsible for training, leading, and overseeing daily operations in our bakeries. This role covers areas such as purchasing, scheduling, inventory management, and product manufacturing. The Head Pastry Chef will also be accountable for profit and loss (P&L), driving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Experience working in or building out a commercial commissary kitchen is a plus.
