Roost 374 is a stylish speakeasy-inspired cocktail bar known for live jazz performances, elevated cocktails, and a warm, hospitality-driven atmosphere. We’re looking for someone who brings strong people skills, positive energy, and professionalism behind the bar.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bartending experience required
• Strong hospitality and guest service mindset
• Nights & weekend availability required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Interest in cocktails, live music, and hospitality culture is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain high service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Work closely with management and fellow team members
• Help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere for guests
Position Details:
