We specialize in casual fine dining, bringing authentic Mexican flavors with a modern twist in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the kitchen line during service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
-Oversee prep, execution, and plating of dishes, maintaining consistency.
-Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and growth.
-Collaborate with the Head Chef to create seasonal specials and menu innovations.
-Ensure the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 3 years of professional kitchen experience, with leadership or supervisory roles.
-Knowledge of Mexican cuisine, ingredients, and traditional techniques is a plus.
-Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
