Kitchen Manager – Full Service Restaurant in Seal Beach
We are seeking an experienced and driven Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations at our high volume, full-service restaurant. This is a hands on leadership role for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, team development, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications;
Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen management or chef experience
Strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen operations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of health codes, sanitation, and safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
