We are a manufacturing facility and this job requires repetitive work, heavy lifting. This is not a small pastry shop where you make small quantity, variety of desserts.
Key Qualifications:
• Experience in pastry production, ideally with macarons, cakes, or other fine desserts
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a love for precise execution
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules closely
• Willingness to help with sanitation, cleaning, and maintaining a safe kitchen environment
• Reliable transportation (please confirm your commute to Foothill Ranch)
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under time constraints
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare, assemble, and decorate French macarons and cakes
• Assist in all aspects of pastry production from preparation to finishing touches
• Help with general kitchen prep, cleaning, and organization
• Assist with filling orders, packaging, and supporting the team during busy production times
Schedule:
Monday through Friday mornings. Must have full availability for morning shifts. We offer a consistent 40-hour work week.
