Your tasks will include: Preparing all sorts of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese specialties, making sure all our ingredients are super fresh, keeping the sushi bar in tip-top shape, and working smoothly with the rest of the kitchen crew.
What we're looking for: Experience as a sushi chef (with good knife skills!), a good understanding of Japanese cuisine, knowing your way around food safety
