We are currently looking for team members for the following positions:
*Server (full-time or part-time)
*Cashier (full-time or part-time)
*Chef (full-time)
*Cook (full-time)
*Dishwasher (morning shift)

Dishwasher Description and Responsibilities:
*Knows how to operate a dishwasher and steamer
*Sets up, maintains and closes kitchen
*Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations and safety standards throughout kitchen

Dishwasher Requirements:
*Proven food service experience in a high volume restaurant
*Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
*Must be a team player and able to get along with others in a fast pace environment
*Must have own transportation to work

Server Description and Responsibilities:
*Greet restaurant guests and provide exceptional service (e.g. pick up phone calls, host, assist guests' needs, etc. )
*Collaborates with FOH and BOH staff on guest take-out orders
*Knows how to operate a POS system, register and dishwasher (when needed)
*Sets up, maintains and closes FOH stations
*Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations and safety standards throughout restaurant
*Work productively and efficiently in a team atmosphere among BOH and FOH team

Cashier/Host Description and Responsibilities:
*Greet restaurant guests and provide exceptional service (e.g. pick up phone calls, host, assist guests' needs, etc. )
*Collaborates with FOH and BOH staff on guest take-out orders
*Knows how to operate a POS system, register and dishwasher (when needed)
*Sets up, maintains and closes FOH stations
*Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations and safety standards throughout restaurant

Cashier/Host Requirements:
*Proven experience in restaurant, retail or service related environment
*Ability to follow directions from leadership and restaurant standards
*Must be a team player and able to get along with others in a fast pace environment
*Ability to manage daily tasks independently and confidently
*Must be a minimum of 18 years of age (under 18 years of age may also be considered, based on experiences)
*Must have own transportation to work

Chef Description and Responsibilities:
*Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff and can use a wok and expo line system
*Knows how to operate a wok, steamer, oven, fryer and dishwasher
*Prepare and execute food to order and follow written recipes in a high volume restaurant (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
*Sets up, maintains and closes kitchen
*Comply with food safety, sanitation regulations and safety standards throughout kitchen
*Food Ordering and Inventory management
*Team member scheduling
*Training & Mentoring

Chef Requirements:
*Proven food service experience in a high volume restaurant
*Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and food handling/safety procedures
*Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
*Must have own set of cutlery knives and other prep tools 
*Must have own transportation to work
*Must be a team player and able to get along with others in a fast pace environment
