Responsibilities:
*Welcome and connect with every guest, provide friendly and personable service
*Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
*Learn and maintain knowledge of all our menus & products and demonstrate knowledge of dietary/allergy information and proper food handling
*Operate a POS register to complete customer transactions
*Prepare drinks according to recipe and customer requests
*Handle food and hot beverages
*Monitor product/coffee displays and restock inventory
*Handle varying levels of business volume with composure & a positive attitude
*Perform all opening and closing duties assigned by managers
*Maintain customer privacy, behave with open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity.
*Follow all safety and state guidelines for preventing transmission of Covid-19 and other illnesses

Work Context:
*Working with hot foods and beverages
*Walking and standing for long periods of time
*Tasks will be performed using and in the proximity of coolers, stoves, and other hot equipment

*The employee must frequently lift and/or move and/or push up to 50 pounds without assistance
