Position Overview:
We’re looking for motivated, reliable, and friendly people to join our team at our new location in The Shops at Mission Viejo Food Hall.
This role includes both cashier and food preparation duties — the food prep is very simple and requires no prior experience. If you enjoy working with people, learning new skills, and being part of a growing brand, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Handle cash register and POS system efficiently.
• Prepare and assemble rice bowls and rice balls following our simple, easy-to-learn recipes.
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain restaurant standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful atmosphere.

Qualifications:
• Friendly and energetic personality with a customer-first attitude.
• No kitchen experience required — we provide full training!
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food handler’s card or willingness to obtain one.
