We are a family-owned Chinese/Korean restaurant located in the H Mart Food Court in Irvine, and we're looking for a reliable Kitchen Helper to join our team!
💰 Pay & Schedule
Pay: $1815 biweekly plus tips
NO CASH PAYMENTS
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week
Hours: 9:15 AM – 8:15 PM (with overtime)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Help cook on the line – wok cooking, frying, boiling noodles, and more
Wok Cooking: Prepare stir-fried dishes and sauces according to recipes
Assist in preparing fresh, in-house noodles daily
Prep vegetables and proteins
Wash dishes and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness
Support the team with daily tasks — eventually learn all kitchen duties
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is a plus, but we will train the right person
Must be dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Willingness to work busy shifts (including weekends)
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required
