We are a high energy, fast paced kitchen, looking for someone quick on their toes and excited to join a rapidly growing restaurant based in Irvine. We are looking for a Kitchen Manager with an experience to oversee daily operations, motivate teamwork, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
-Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, cooking, and cleaning, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
-Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
-Manage ordering, inventory, and food preparation processes to optimize efficiency.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, adhering to health regulations.
-Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
-Must have strong communication skills and bring a positive attitude to workplace everyday
Qualifications
-Proven kitchen management experience with a strong background in food service management.
-Demonstrated supervisory experience, including staff training and team management.
-Experience in working in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
-Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively lead a kitchen team.
-Fluent in Spanish and English
